Note on AI Training: We do not use your proprietary field-level data to train "public" AI models in a way that would allow other users to see your specific operations. Your field details remain tied to your account.

We believe you own your farm data.

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or specific field data to third-party marketers or data brokers.
• Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the field data you have stored on our platform.
• Deletion: If you choose to leave the platform, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated field-level records.

4. Third-Party Research and Links

Cornbelt AI synthesizes data from university extension programs and agricultural colleges. While we provide links to these sources for your convenience, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external institutions.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Updates to This Policy

As we move from Beta to a full launch, we may update this policy to reflect new features (like sensor integration or team collaboration). We will notify you of any significant changes via the email address associated with your account.
